Vita

Wei-Ho Chung received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2000 and 2002, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), in 2009. He had worked as a system engineer at ChungHwa Telecom, and Qualcomm, Inc., San Diego.

Dr. Chung received the Taiwan Merit Scholarship (2005–2009), the IEEE WCNC Best Paper Award (2012), and the Ta-You Wu Memorial Award (2016). He has published over 60 refereed journal articles and 60 conference papers. From 2010 to 2018, he was a faculty member at the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, Academia Sinica, where he supervised postdoctoral researchers, research assistants, and co-advised Ph.D. students. Since February 2018, he has been a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, where he leads the Wireless Communications Lab. His research interests include wireless communications, signal processing, networks, and financial technologies.

鍾偉和博士為臺灣通訊、訊號處理與人工智慧領域學者,現任國立清華大學電機工程學系教授,並主持無線通訊實驗室。鍾博士畢業於國立臺灣大學電機工程學系,副修經濟,取得學士及碩士學位,2009年獲美國加州大學洛杉磯分校(UCLA)電機工程博士學位。曾任職中華電信,並於美國Qualcomm從事無線通訊研發,2010年至2018年間任職中央研究院資訊科技創新研究中心,歷任助研究員、副研究員,之後轉任國立清華大學教授。其研究專長涵蓋無線通訊、訊號處理、金融科技、機器學習與人工智慧,長期投入前瞻通訊技術與跨領域應用研究,發表眾多國際期刊與會議論文,並曾榮獲IEEE WCNC最佳論文獎、科技部吳大猷先生紀念獎及優秀青年電機工程師獎等多項榮譽。
