清華大學電機系大三學生趙達軒同學，今年2月和清華模擬聯合國社團表清華大學赴美參加一年一度的「模擬聯合國大會」(Model United Nations, MUN, 中文簡稱「模聯)，擊敗各國菁英，榮獲Position Paper Award (最佳立場文件書)殊榮。
