學經歷 (Education & Experience)
- 博士|國立陽明交通大學 電機學院 (畢業生代表、斐陶斐榮譽會員)
目前任職於國立清華大學電機工程學系,擔任助理教授。於加入學界前,曾於台達電子研發中心與聯詠科技等 IC 設計公司任職,累積完整的產業實務經驗,涵蓋半導體元件、電路設計、系統架構與產品化開發。
產業期間參與多項高頻電源轉換器與電源管理 IC 產品之研發,並協助開發全球首款量產氮化鎵(GaN)充電器 (2017 年,台達旗下品牌 Innergie 55cc),推動寬能隙半導體技術於實際電源產品中的落地應用。 ▶ 觀看影片
發表多篇論文於 IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference(ISSCC)與 IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting(IEDM)等國際會議。 其研究方向主要包含功率積體電路設計、高頻電力轉換技術、高密度功率模組整合,以及氮化鎵(GaN)與碳化矽(SiC)等寬能隙半導體技術。
