This course is
the second semester of the microelectronic circuits. In the first sem
ester, this course focuses on the
fundamental knowledge of microelectronic circuits. For example, semiconductor materials, diodes, MOSFETs and BJTs, and
simple amplifier configurations are also included. In the second semester, we will base on the previous materials and progress
further for more details about analog circuits. For example, frequency response, differential pairs, multistage amplifiers,
feedback, and operational amplifiers are included.

Teaching Method
Power point handouts are used in this class. Tablet computer is used for
equation derivation and additional materials. CAD tool (Pspice) is used in
this class to let students have opportunities using industrial standard
approach for circuit design. In addition, I encourage you to ask me questions
in the class, so I can interact with you and obtain your feedback for the
class.
