. [睡眠呼吸障礙] 清大工程團隊,與林口長庚臨床醫師,美國杜克大學醫學資訊教授,進行睡眠呼吸居家照護系統的開發,已於國內外醫學研討會發表 (Wu, Huang, Huang, Lo, et al, 2016-18)。
. [疾病快篩] 與清大動機系微流道與奈微所團隊,進行疾病生物標誌(biomarker)可攜式快速檢測系統的開發。(Lee, Ma, Huang, et al, 2017-18)

. [步態生物辨識] 目前與清大電機、資工、工業工程團隊,結合台北榮總,進行智慧型步態感測系統的開發。

    Mixed-Signal Circuits and Systems: 混合訊號系統及電路設計

    混合訊號電路,進行類比與數位訊號處理,對系統架構建立,軟硬體訊號處理與分析,至電路設計與實作,需要長時間的經驗累積。

    . [高速類比數位轉換] 台灣學界首次以28奈米製程,實作出高速、高效能、同時只需微小面積的類比數位轉換器 (Tsai, Huang, et al., 2015)。此設計獲得多項專利 (US Pat 8896478, 8963761),並成功協助廠商於量產產品中使用。
    . [深腦治療] 電機系團隊,與清大生科院,材料系合作,開發深層腦訊號(deep brain LFP)訊號記錄及刺激所需系統,針對帕金森氏症等研究與治療 (Lin, Chuang, Huang, Tang, Ma, Chang, Yeh, Chen, et al, 2016)。
    . [神經刺激電路] 團隊設計出一款可程式高壓輸出產生電路,用以作為深腦層神經刺激(Ko, Huang, et al, 2015)。此作品獲得2014 A-SSCC學生競賽優良設計獎肯定。
    . [系統晶片電源管理] 以數位訊號處理,控制電源動態輸出,以資源共享概念,使用於SoC及3D-IC的電源管理 (Huang, et al., 2016)。

    . [光達系統前級電路] 目前開發類比訊號接收、放大、濾波等高速電路設計,與構思系統光路調整,以獲得最高接收能力的系統架構。
