 Jenny Yi-Chun Liu received the B.S. degree in [http://www.ee.nctu.edu.tw Electronics Engineering] from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, in 2005, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in [http://www.ee.ucla.edu Electrical Engineering] from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), in 2008 and 2011, respectively. Her Ph.D study focused on self-healing millimeter-wave circuits and systems. She was a postdoctoral scholar at UCLA from 2011 to 2012.
 She interned at TSMC in 2009 designing RF/millimeter-wave front-end circuits. She joined [http://web.ee.nthu.edu.tw/bin/home.php National Tsing Hua University] in 2012. Her current research interests include millimeter-wave and THz devices, circuits and systems.
 She was the recipient of the Outstanding Contribution Prize of the Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference in 2010, a co-recipient of the Best Paper Award of the IEEE Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits Symposium in 2009, and a co-author of the Feature Article of IET Electronics Letters in 2011. She was awarded the Elite Fellowship for doctoral study from National Science Council, Taiwan, from 2005 to 2009.
