Chih-Fang Huang (M’04) received the M.S.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, in 2000 and 2003, respectively. His doctoral work was focused on the design, fabrication and characterization of 4H-SiC BJTs for power electronic applications.

 In 2004, he joined Advanced Power Technology CO, Boulder, Colorado, where he engaged in the development of SiC BJTs and SBDs. He is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan.
