There are total 45 and 55 cooperative pairs in Tsai et al.’s results (confident synergistic TF pairs as stated in their study) and in our results, respectively. By comparing both results, we can easily find that the confirmed rate of our method is higher than that obtained by Tsai et al.’s method.
