Jenny Yi-Chun Liu received the B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, in 2005, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), in 2008 and 2011, respectively. She is a postdoctoral scholar at UCLA from 2011 to 2012.
