陳 新 (Hsin Chen)

Hsin Chen (陳 新) is an Associate Professor in the Dept. of Electrical Engineering, in the National Tsing-Hwa University, Taiwan. His EE expertise lies in analogue and mixed-mode VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) design. As an researcher, he has devoted his greatest enthusiasm to "neural hardware", looking to explore bio-inspired, particularly brain-inspired, computation in VLSI.  The "neural hardware" involves VLSI implementation of probabilistic neural computation, neuromorphic VLSI that mimics the morphology of biological systems, and neuro-engineered VLSI that could "communicate" with real neural systems....Read More
