Brief Biography
Tsung-Hui Chang received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in communications engineering from the National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2003 and 2008, respectively. Since September 2012, he has been with the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan, as an Assistant Professor. Before joining NTUST, he held research positions with NTHU (2008~2011), and University of California, Davis, CA (2011~2012). He was also a visiting scholar of the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN, USA, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. His research interests are widely in signal processing problems in wireless communications and smart grid, and convex optimization methods and its applications
