Dr. Chenhsin Lien received the BS degree in Physics from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan in 1975; and the Ph.D. degrees in physics from the Ohio State University in 1982. Since 1983, he has been with the Department of Electrical Engineering of National Tsing Hua University, where he is currently a professor. His current research interests include device modeling, ESD devices and circuits, CMOS RF circuits, organic LED, and poly silicon thin film transistor..
